Walking hand in hand with each one of our patients to help them lose weight.
We understand each person’s weight loss journey is unique, which is why we offer customized medical and weight loss surgery treatment plans designed to meet each patient’s specific needs.
We also understand that losing the weight is just one step on the journey to a healthier, more fulfilling life. In addition to helping each patient achieve and maintain his or her goal healthy weight through medical supervision or bariatric surgery, we are committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate support at each step of that journey. We are honored to walk hand in hand with our patients, helping them overcome their challenges and joyfully sharing in their success.
When I was in my 40s, I was active in the gym. After sustaining injuries, my weight began increasing. With Type 2 Diabetes, kidney damage, high cholesterol and severe joint pain, I started considering bariatric surgery. At 53, I was approved to have the gastric bypass and at 56 I am healthier and feel better than I ever did in my 20s.

I should have done it years ago.

I don't know what we would do without Dr. Simpsons care and surgeries. After going for over 10 yrs with pain from a hernia surgery done incorrectly, Dr. Simpson knew what route to go to help me. Very compassionate and discussed with my husband and I what he felt should be done. Because of the two different issues with my hernias I have to have a second procedure. But we have all our trust that Dr. Simpson will be able to take care of my hernia health issues. Because I have been very nervous before the first procedure and the next to come, he always talked to us while in his office for my appts. He is known as a top notch surgeon and we highly recommend him.

My daughter has been very sick and dealing with this for over 3 years. We had been to 5 other doctors and had several tests. They all said there was nothing wrong. We walked into Dr. Simpson's office. We saw his assistant and she listened (felt like she was the first person to really listen to us) and then she went and got Dr. Simpson. He walked in - asked 2 questions and said "your gallbladder is bad." We had 3 tests done on her for gallbladder. He recognized the signs and within 4 days her surgery was done and she felt amazing for the first time in years. CAN NOT THANK YOU ENOUGH!!!!

I'm just over six months out from a DS and have nothing but excellent things to say about Dr. Simpson and his staff. I tip my cap to him for his education and his bedside manner and I'm confident you too will have a equally positive experience with him.

Dr Simpson was the first surgeon to take the time to listen to me and figured out my problem I’ve been dealing with for years was my gallbladder. Very personable and truly cares about his patients.
